Global Government Partners, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides businesses with services and technology that assist them in processing claims for employee retention credits available to eligible employers under the federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (collectively, the “Services”). In connection with providing the Services to employers, we collect and process information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with particular individuals (“Personal Data”) as described in this ERC Digital Privacy Statement (this “Statement”).

We obtain Personal Data about you from various sources in order to provide the Services, manage our website and for other purposes described below. You may be a visitor to our website or an employee of our client that has contracted with us to provide the Services. If you are an employee of our client, then please note that we are a service provider to such client and we collect and process Personal Data at such client’s direction. If you have any questions about how the client has directed us to process your Personal Data, please contact such client.

We take the privacy of your Personal Data very seriously and are committed to the responsible use and protection of it. This Statement explains the categories of Personal Data that we collect from you, how we collect and use Personal Data and with whom we share Personal Data. Please read this Statement carefully.

Please note that the following list represents categories of Personal Data across all individuals whose Personal Data we may have collected or received and does not necessarily represent information we have collected specifically about you.   • Internet or network activity.   The types of information in this category includes information that relates to browsing or search history, or information regarding visitors’ interaction with an internet website.
  • Sensory information.   Information under this category can include audio, electronic, visual, or other similar sensory information.
  • Professional or employment-relatedinformation.   This includes information such as job history and data pertaining to wages and benefits.

How we use personal data

We collect and process Personal Data for various business purposes, including:

  • Detecting security incidents, protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, and taking appropriate action as a result of any such detected activity;
  • Debugging to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
  • Performing professional services for our clients;
  • Undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration; and
  • Undertaking activities to verify or maintain the quality or safety of our Services, and to improve, upgrade, or enhance our Services.

With whom we have shared personal data

We disclose Personal Data described above to third parties in certain cases in connection with the Services we provide to our clients. We may share your Personal Data with the following categories of third parties:

  • The U.S. Internal Revenue Service, on behalf of, and in connection with, the Services we provide to, our clients;
  • Vendors and suppliers that provide services on our behalf;
  • Professional services organizations such as law firms, tax advisors, and auditors;
  • Other third parties such as advisors, insurers, business partners, ad networks, internet service providers, data analytics providers, operating systems and platforms, regulatory and other professional bodies, and government authorities;

  • Parties to a corporate transaction, in the event that we enter into, or intend to enter into, a transaction that alters the structure of our business, such as a reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, change of control, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets, or membership interests.
